Our recommendations to eat the best sushi in different spots in Bali!
Ling-Ling’s Bali – Seminyak
Located in the heart of Seminyak. Ling Ling’s offers contemporary Asian fusion, based on Japanese & Korean styles. They have an extensive menu and you will definitely have to stop by several times to taste different dishes. Ask for the promo, cause most of the time you will get discount on certain sushi dishes. Overall, this restaurant is pretty cheap and because of the promos, this is a perfect location to grab some food and drink a cocktail before going out.
The restaurant seems a bit small at the front, but if you walk through there is a courtyard where often a DJ is playing. It is advisable to book a table in advance, especially on the special evenings when it can be very busy:
– Taco Tuesday; all tacos for 1 dollar, from 3pm until 9 pm.
– Funkry Friday; selected cocktails, drinks and food 50% off from 4pm until 9 pm
Indigo – Canggu
Located in Berawa Canggu. Indigo offers a Japanenese cuisine in a serene and intimate setting. The restaurant is named after the color of the furniture, which is combined with a minimalist wooden interior, surrounded by Japanese Shoji style doors.
The food is a bit more expensive than the average sushi but definitely worth a try!
Indigo is well known for its good service and the use of imported Japanese ingredients. Fresh fish is delivered everyday and the food they make looks like art. Attention is paid to every detail and each plate bursts with a variety of colors, flavors and textures.
For a quick bite, Indigo is not the right place. Recommended if you have something to celebrate or if you want to have a really good extensive dinner.
